Obituary For Addison Eugene Cain

Addison Eugene Cain, 79, went to live with the Lord on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at his home. He was a native of North Carolina and a Virginia resident for nearly 50 years. He proudly served his country in Vietnam with the U.S. Navy, and later retired from Virginia Power after 22 years. Mr. Cain was preceded in death by his wife, Oretha Jewell Cain; his Mother, Deette Regina Rollins Cain; his Father, Ernest Earl Cain Sr. and his Sister, Rejina C. Vaught. Left to treasure his memory are his sons, Timmy, Rickey, Mickey, Billy and Darrell Mitchell; his daughters, Shirley Hines, Bo Csintyan, Donna Davis and Debbie Seaborn; and a grand daughter he raised as his own, Tanya Nichols. He is also survived by his Brother, "Sonny"Ernest Earl Cain Jr.; his Sister Clara Bell Holmes; twenty nine grandchildren; forty nine great-grandchildren; and twelve great-great grandchildren. The family will have a private memorial service to celebrate Mr. Cain's life. His remains will be laid to rest at a later date in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Va. Memorial donations can be made to VFW.

    I'm sure going to miss your gentle voice and ways. I can say that I never heard you say a bad thing about anyone and your door was always open to us all . I've missed you garden the past few years, I believe you could grow anything. And I'm going to miss the slow things you did because that was simply you. I know in my heart I'll see you in heaven. You were a great man.we love you Timmy & liz
