Alan Raphael Dawson, 68, passed away on July 27, 2021 after a brief battle with brain cancer. Born in London, England, he was the son of the late Sidney John Dawson and Margaret MacLeod Dawson. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his niece Joanne Briggs, and father/mother-in-law Cecil and Ruth Bonnewell, and brother-in-law Michael Bonnewell. Left to cherish his memory are wife Linda of the home, son Jake and daughter-in-law Cherise of Bloomfield, NJ, sister Anne Briggs of Pittsburgh, PA, brother Ian Dawson of Norfolk, and newphews Paul Briggs (Jessica) and Rickard Briggs of Pennsylvania. Family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society or SPCA in Alan's honor. A memorial will be planned for a later date.
