Angela Faye Tequida, 63, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2025, surrounded by care and quiet compassion.

Born on September 2, 1962, in North Carolina, Angela lived a life shaped by resilience, independence, and quiet strength. She understood suffering not as something that diminishes a person, but as something that reveals the depth of being human. Some lives are asked to carry more than others, and not all suffering is meant to be solved or conquered. Angela carried herself with quiet grace, and when the burden became too heavy, she was finally allowed rest.

Angela was a generous and loving mother. She was deeply proud of her children—her son, Oscar Needham Tequida, and her daughters, Sofia Alissa and Mary Alejandrina. Her strength was most evident in the way she loved, protected, and believed in her children, even in moments when life was unkind.

She will be remembered for her perseverance, her quiet wisdom, and the profound love she held for her family. Though her presence is deeply missed, her memory lives on in the lives she shaped, the love she gave, and the strength she leaves behind in those who knew her.
