Virginia Beach, VA – Annie Mastracco Ramsay Bishop, 84, of Virginia Beach, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2025. Annie was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who touched the lives of everyone she met with her warmth and kindness.

Annie was married to her devoted husband, James H. Bishop, for 27 wonderful years. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Ramsay Hardman (Todd), and her son, Robert Lee Ramsay Jr. Annie was a proud and loving grandmother to Lauren Page (Billy), Madison Teufel (Adam), and grandchildren Lee, Marlin, Caroline, Becky, and Anna Ramsay. She was also blessed with five great-grandchildren, who brought her much joy.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Lee “Bert” Ramsay, as well as her parents, Dolly Mae Knight Mastracco and Roy Elsworth Mastracco.

Annie had a variety of interests and hobbies that brought her great happiness. She was an avid shopper, enjoyed traveling to new places, and took great pleasure in gardening. Reading was another passion of hers, and she found peace in the stories that filled her books. Above all, Annie cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, always relishing in the moments they shared together.

A private service will be held at a later date. While Annie’s physical presence will be deeply missed, her loving spirit will remain with her family forever.
