Our precious Baby Ari Rose Oliver was born into the arms of angels on October 10, 2025, at Hampton Sentara Hospital. Though her time with us was brief, Ari Rose’s presence filled our hearts with immeasurable love, light, and peace. She was a beautiful gift from God whose spirit will forever live within our family.

Ari Rose is the cherished daughter of Nichelle Cooke and Melvin Oliver, and the beloved sibling of Terry Johnson, Dashouniqic McLean-Cooke, Nylah James, Melvin Oliver, Treshawn Cooke, Deshawna Christia, Aaliyah Wilson-Cooke, Trevon Cooke, Ariyah Williams, and Seth Oliver. She is also the loving niece of Jior Williams-Cooke.

Our hearts find comfort in the words of faith:

Though Ari Rose’s tiny hands never held ours for long, her gentle soul touched us deeply and eternally.
