Arthur was a dedicated professional in the field of sales, specializing in investments, where he demonstrated commitment and integrity throughout his career. A graduate of high school, Arthur's work took him to various places, but he eventually settled and became a cherished resident of Hampton, Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Arthur L. Franklin Jr. and Dorothy (Sylver) Franklin. Arthur is survived by his brothers, Edward Franklin and Lee Franklin, along with other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
