Ashley Leighann Williams, of Newport News, passed away unexpectedly on June 20, 2026, at the age of 41.

Born in Nevada, Ashley made her home in Virginia and worked in the shipbuilding industry as an administrative assistant. She approached life with determination and resilience, and those fortunate enough to know her will remember the warmth she shared and the difference she made in their lives.

Ashley is survived by her parents, Mechelle and Rodney Williams. Although words cannot fully express the loss felt by her family and friends, they take comfort in the memories they will forever carry in their hearts.
