Barbara Collis Craig, 83, of Virginia Beach, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2025. She was born on January 8, 1942, in Norfolk, Virginia, to the late Evelyn Land and William Collis.

Barbara is survived by her beloved daughter, Heather T. Gaston and her husband Steven; son Kevin Tuttle; sisters Shirley Kreider and Carol Coleman; and brother Richard Collis. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of many years, Donald J. Craig, and her parents Evelyn and William.

Barbara's passions in life included reading, watching murder mysteries and anime, completing puzzles, and, most importantly, cherishing time spent with her family. She had a deep love for good food, always finding joy in sharing a meal with those she loved. A devoted Christian, Barbara was known for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering faith.

She had a fulfilling career, working for USPA & IRA, First Command, and Sentara, where she made meaningful contributions throughout her life.

Barbara will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, and her legacy of love, joy, and faith will never be forgotten.
