Beatrice Y. Parkman, 90, of Portsmouth passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2013.

Born in Waterville, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Louie and Marie Boutin and she was also predeceased by her husband, Scott L. Parkman.

Survivors include her children, Ann Shippee and Richard Parkman; her grandchildren, William Shippee, Jr. and Richard Shippee. She also leaves behind many extended family members.
