Norfolk - Beth Elayne Harman, a devoted wife, daughter, and highly respected professional, passed away on February 23, 2025, in Norfolk, Virginia. Born on February 2, 1961, in Norfolk, she was 64 years old at the time of her passing.
Beth dedicated her career to serving her country with integrity and diligence as an NCIS Administrative Officer for the Department of Defense. Her commitment to her work and her exemplary service were a testament to her character and dedication.
Beth was a proud alumna, having earned her Bachelor's Degree, which laid the foundation for her successful career. Her contributions to her field and her unwavering professionalism left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working with her.
She leaves behind a loving family who cherished her deeply. Beth is survived by her devoted husband, Frank E. Harman, as well as her parents, Walter and Alyce (Burchett) Bargamin, and her brother, Rob Bargamin. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, whose lives she touched with her warmth and kindness.
