Obituary For Betsy Regina Carter
NORFOLK, VA
Betsy Regina Carter, passed away June 7, 2011, surrounded by family and friends. Born July 19, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Redgie Carter and Betty Carter of Iron City, TN.
Survivors include Wayne Cheshire, life partner; one sister, Jeanne Carter; two brothers, Joe and Jeff Carter; one sister-in-law, Kim Carter; and three nieces, Trula Rockwell, Kristen Carter, and Hanna Carter. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Regina was a red-head in so many ways...she was spirited, while loving life. She was kind to a fault, always being concerned about the welfare of her loved ones. Bless her heart and soul.

Gina, Was my best friend..I am going to miss her terribly,I know she is at peace now and that Jesus is comforting her, but life will not be the same with out her. She was a caring spirit for everyone but herself. I will carry her in my heart always. Rest in Peace my bestest friend!! I will see you in heaven. I love and miss you!!!
