Carmen Mulligan Cribbs, 70, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away peacefully at home on August 20, 2026.
Born on June 29, 1956, Carmen lived her life in Virginia and found joy in the simple things that made a house feel like home. She was self-employed as a pet sitter, a role that reflected her caring nature and love for animals. To those who knew her, Carmen was someone whose presence brought comfort and warmth, and she will be remembered for the love she shared with the people and animals in her life.
Carmen was the beloved wife of Randy Scott Cribbs. She was the daughter of the late Charles Mulligan and Helen Carr.
Her passing leaves an emptiness in the lives of those who loved her, but the memories she created and the love she gave will remain with them always.
Simply Cremation is handling the arrangements.

Carmen was a lover of life and having fun. Always a smile to great you. Her love for animals is the sole reason we have our pup, Jakey Boy. Without her help, he would not be with us and we are forever grateful. Our thoughts are with Randy, all her friends and loved ones - she will truly be missed. Rest Easy, Carmen
