Ceoni Cecilia Spence, cherished daughter and beloved friend, passed away on March 18, 2026, in Norfolk, Virginia, at the tender age of 17.

Born on July 26, 2008, in Norfolk, Ceoni was a bright and beautiful light in the lives of all who knew her. She was a proud graduate of Indian River High School in Chesapeake where she resided.

Ceoni had a deep love for anime and a passion for exploring foreign cuisine. She especially enjoyed cooking and sharing her creations with those she loved. She adored her baby brother and took great pride in being a loving and devoted big sister. Ceoni embraced being different, finding strength in her individuality while encouraging others to accept themselves and those around them.

Her warm spirit, gentle heart, and radiant presence touched everyone she met. She will always be an inspiration to all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her loving and devoted mother, Sierra Spence, as well as a close-knit and caring family who stood by her side. Ceoni’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

The family sincerely thanks everyone for their love, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
