Portsmouth, VA - Charles Edward “Eddie” Chrisman Jr., a dedicated and hardworking individual, passed away in Portsmouth, Virginia, on May 12, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on August 22, 1952, in Portsmouth, Kentucky, Charles spent his life committed to his work and family.

After graduating from high school, Charles embarked on a fulfilling career in HVAC services at Norfolk State University. His expertise and dedication to his craft were admired and respected by his colleagues.

Charles was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Charles Chrisman Sr. and Jacqueline (Fletcher) Chrisman, and his cherished wife, Linda Gayle Chrisman. He is survived by his loving daughter, Elizabeth Chrisman, grandchildren, along with many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
