Virginia Beach, VA - Constance Marie (O'Toole) Panfil was born on August 24, 1936, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She passed away peacefully in Norfolk, Virginia, on April 29, 2026, at the age of 89 years.

A devoted daughter, wife, mother, and friend, Constance was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ernie and Esther (Olender) O'Toole, and her cherished husband, James F. Panfil. Her life was marked by dedication and care for those she loved.

A graduate of high school, Constance went on to contribute significantly to her community as a former office manager at a local printing company. Her professionalism and work ethic were admired by all who had the pleasure of working alongside her.

Constance is lovingly remembered by her sons, Vince and Bruce Panfil, along with numerous other family members and friends who will dearly miss her presence, wisdom, and warmth.
