David i will so missed you! Especially when you stayed with my family and would sneak ice cream in their cereal! We will so miss you and so glad your suffering is gone and you're in a better place....RIP my good friend and as you would say...Pizza! Pizza!

David you were a great friend. remember when we worked together at commercial carrier express. you always thought to send me a birthday card and Christmas card. going to miss you and I know you are not suffering any more or in pain. may you rest in peace my dear friend.
