David Thomas Fuller, 78, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2026.

Born June 20, 1947, in Buffalo, New York, Chief Cryptologic Technician (Interpretive) First Class (CTO1) David lived a life defined by service, loyalty, and love of family. A proud United States Navy veteran of 23 years, he dedicated his career to serving his country with honor and integrity.

Married for 52 years, David and his beloved wife, Leslie, built a life grounded in love, faithfulness, and mutual devotion. She stood faithfully beside him throughout his military journey, embodying the quiet strength and sacrifice of a devoted military spouse. After retiring from the Navy, David and Leslie returned to their hometown of Palm Bay, Florida.

David was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 52 years, Leslie, and his parents, Caroline and Loren Fuller.

He is survived by his daughter, Catherine Harris (Michael Harris); his son, Jason Fuller (Heather Fuller); and his cherished granddaughters, Megan Federico, Julia Harris, and Leila Arnold. His family and friends will remember him for his steady presence, strong values, and deep devotion to those he loved.

Those closest to him know that David enjoyed life’s simple pleasures — a cold beer in hand and a favorite record spinning loud enough for everyone to hear. His sense of humor and love of music brought warmth and personality to every gathering.
