  Mary & Wilton "the Animal" Ferguson

  Edgar was the most generous, talented man we have ever known. He and Angie are a true love story for the ages. I remember him first from the Much More days in Richmond. As band leader, peer and friend there will never be quite another - there is a huge hole in Animal's heart . God bless and prayers..

  Edgar was always a gentleman, I never heard a harsh word out of him towards anything or anyone. He was upbeat, always sending out positive vibes. Wish I could of got to know him better. Playing music is a hard life it takes special people, Edgar was a special human being. Special people are not forgotten.
  My condolences to Angie and the family. To all the musician and fans who got to share in his life we have been blessed.

  My dear cousin Edgar was one of a kind. He was a kind, wonderful and talented man. . My late husband, Joe, and I would travel to venues to see Edgar and the Rhondels perform. We always enjoyed hearing the band and seeing Edgar.
  
  Edgar and Angie shared their love for each other for many years. Angie and family, I am so sorry for your loss.

We loved the times you played for us, the first on at our home. I know that Edgar and Curtis are already putting together a band in heaven! Our prayers and thoughts are with you.
