Elaine Howard, born on April 19, 1959, in Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025, in Virginia Beach, VA, at the age of 66. Elaine was a beloved mother, daughter, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of those around her.

Elaine worked for many years as a cashier at 7-11, where she made lasting friendships with colleagues and customers alike. Her welcoming smile and friendly demeanor were well-known to all who had the pleasure of meeting her.

In her personal life, Elaine found immense joy in spending time with her family. Her love for her son, Richard Howard Jr., was unwavering, and she cherished every moment they spent together. Her home was always open to family and friends, and she took great pride in creating a warm and loving environment.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Anna and Eugene Luke. She is survived by her devoted son, Richard Howard Jr., who will forever hold her memory dear.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date to honor Elaine's life and legacy. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she loved.
