Elizabeth and I met at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science over 25 years ago. Eventually, she and I came to work directly together on a project for Dr. Rebecca Dickhut. Her methodical approach to sample analysis ensured total confidence in the eventual data for irreplaceable environmental samples from Antarctica. She was a quiet presence and I thoroughly enjoyed our friendship. Libby MacDonald

Liz and I worked together at GET Solutions Inc. and it was very memorable. Liz had this laugh that would make you laugh. We had many conversations about a lot of things, Liz like stones, gems etc, she was certainly gifted with a highly intelligent brain, Liz was pretty in her own right, if you really knew her , you would have seen it. Never was she cruel or unkind, just Liz. This saddens my heart because I thought the world of her and I kept in touch for a good while. To Liz's family I am sending heartfelt prayers and condolences for your loss of your beautiful daughter and sister. Genuinely Towana McKinney "A Flower in God's Garden"

I didn't know your loved one but heard about the tragic accident. I have prayed for your family. She sounded like someone I would have liked to have known. May the Lord grant her family peace as it sounds like she had Jesus in her heart.
