Obituary For Floyd Herman Blythe

Chesapeake

Floyd Herman Blythe, 70, of Chesapeake passed away peacefully Monday, March 31, 2014.

Born in North Carolina, he was the son of the late Floyd H. Sr. and Retha A. Blythe.

Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Barbara Blythe; his children, Michelle C. Blythe, Mark F. Blythe, Cassandra M. Berry, Michael S. Blythe, Christine Y. West and Jennifer L. Blythe; a brother, Jack M. Blythe; Seventeen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and he is survived by many other extended family members and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 5th at Kingdom Hall, 681 Oak Grove Rd., Chesapeake, VA. Following the service, family and friends are invited to 3508 Criollo Drive, which is located in the Buckner Farms section of Virginia Beach.

    Grandpa.... There is not a day that goes by that i don't think of you and i think i speak for our entire family when i say that!! We all miss you so so much! Life is sure not the same at all with out you here! 6 years has passed and it still hurts like yesterday! You are forever in our hearts and never ever to be forgotten! I love you so much!

    Sorry to hear of cousin floyd Herman Blythe,Jr passing. I been trying for years to locate my dads side of the family for years. My dad was Jack Walter blythe II, and he passed away on Nov.22, 1989.would love to hear from cousin Jack
