Obituary For Frances Angela Faur

Frances Angela (Frinzi) Faur, 74, of Virginia Beach, VA, died peacefully in her home surrounded by family on December 16, 2023. She was formerly a long time resident of Easton, PA.
She was born on October 6, 1949 in Easton, PA and was a daughter of the late John J. and Helen (Giordano) Frinzi.
She was a 1967 graduate of Easton Area High School. Franny, as many called her, was known for her love of sports, especially football. She loved to watch her alma mater, the Easton Red Rovers, New York Giants and Penn State Nittany Lions. She was a New York Mets and a Duke Blue Devils Basketball fan as well. In her younger years, she was known as the cool mom. She would hang out with her children and their friends; play Atari, quoits and sports into the wee hours of the mornings. Franny loved spending time with her children and family, especially her great grandson, whom always put a smile on her face. These are just some of the memories that will always be cherished.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Faur. She is survived by her daughter Angela Ives and her husband, Robert Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA; two sons, John Shotko, Jr., Michael Faur and his wife, Judy all of Easton, PA; a sister, Judy Spence and her husband LeRoy Spence of Wilson Borough, PA; two brothers, James Frinzi and his wife Janet of Brownsville, PA and John Frinzi, Jr. of Melbourne Beach, FL; two grandchildren, Tyler Faur and his wife Meg of Wilkes-Barre, PA and Hailey Krause of Virginia Beach, VA; one great-grandson, Greyson Krause of Virginia Beach, VA and several nieces and nephews.
