It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gloria Freeman, who departed this life on January 5, 2026, at the age of 100. Gloria was born on October 7, 1925, in Pennsylvania and took her final rest in Virginia Beach, VA.

Gloria was a dedicated and esteemed professional, having served as the Office Manager for the Fairfax County Office of Youth Assessment. Her commitment to her work and the community left a lasting impact on those she worked with and the lives she touched throughout her career.

She pursued higher education and earned her Bachelor's Degree, an accomplishment that spoke to her dedication to learning and personal growth.

Gloria was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Freeman. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories among her surviving children, extended family, and a host of friends who will miss her dearly.

Services to honor and celebrate Gloria's remarkable life will be held at a later date. Her family and friends find comfort in the enduring memories and the profound influence she had on all who knew her.
