Obituary For Heather Lynn (Rowe) Spencer

Heather Lynn Rowe, 51 of Portsmouth Virginia, passed away after a long term illness on February 6th, 2025. She was born in Hornell, New York on June 21st, 1973 and was the daughter of the late Robert A. Rowe II and Colleen Y. (Osburn) Rowe.

She lived in Chesapeake, Virginia and graduated from Western Branch High School in 1991. She worked in the ER of Virginia Beach Sentara for 22 years.

Heather’s hobbies included cooking, quoting movies & TV shows, reading, and knew everything about Game of Thrones, a lover of all types of music from Garth Brooks to Otis Reading. She would sing out loud and didn’t care who heard.

She is survived by her fiancé Jason Moore, children Kiley and Aidan Spencer, sisters Tracey Powell, Holly Topolnicki, Stephanie Rowe, and many cousins, nieces & nephews, stepchildren, and grandchildren. Celebration of life to be announced at a later date.

    Heather was my first girlfriend moving to western branch I met her and her sister at skating rink we had some fun times together she was fun loving and a great person god has gained beautiful soul to add to his army may she rest in peace
