Herbert was a dedicated and loving father to his children, Herbert L. Price, III, and Julianna S. Bowman, who is married to Daniel. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren, Harlow, Wolfe, and Kaisland, who brought immense joy to his life.

Herbert shared a close bond with his brother Scott Price and will be remembered by his sister Tina Scott. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph Price and Ronald Price, whose memories he held dear.
