Chesapeake, VA – Herbert Lloyd Price, Sr., a lifelong resident of Virginia, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025, at the age of 82 in Chesapeake, VA. He was born on July 4, 1942, in Norfolk, VA.

Herbert dedicated his professional life to the trade of plumbing, where his hard work and commitment earned him the respect of all who knew him. Known for his dedication, he consistently went above and beyond in everything he did, and his work ethic became a defining part of who he was.

A proud veteran, Herbert served his country with honor and dedication, and his service remained an important part of his identity throughout his life.

Herbert was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ruth (Ward) Price, and by his beloved sons, Herbert Lloyd Price, Jr., Joseph Price, and Ronald Price. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Sandra (Sopha) Price, his son, Scott Price, his daughter, Tina Scott, and his cherished grandchildren, Chaz, Phillip, Herbert, Julianna, Damon, and Kayla. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
