Holly Ann Allen (Bisbing) passed away on April 9, 2025, in Norfolk, Virginia. Born on September 22, 1959, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Holly brought warmth and creativity into the world from the very beginning.

Throughout her life, Holly cultivated a deep passion for beauty and design. She was the co-owner of Dream Designs Landscaping, where she poured her heart into creating spaces that reflected joy and inspiration. Her work touched many lives—clients and colleagues alike were drawn not only to Holly’s talent but also to the kindness and grace she brought to every interaction.

Holly found great joy in gardening and floral arranging. Whether tending to a blooming garden or crafting elegant floral displays, she expressed a love for nature’s artistry that mirrored her own vibrant spirit. These hobbies were more than pastimes—they were extensions of Holly’s creative soul and a source of peace and fulfillment.

Those who knew Holly will remember her as a beautiful soul whose radiant smile lit up every room. Her presence was a gift to friends, family, and all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her.

Holly is lovingly remembered by her partner of 25 years, Joel Christiansen, daughter Deven (Walter) Grady, son Zach Devine, brother Steve (Whitney) Bisbing, and sister Nichole (Dave) Harrington. As well as many other family members. She is preceded in death by her mother Rhoda Naumann, father Scott Bisbing and stepfather Richard Bisbing.

Family just ask that you spend some time outdoors and plant something in her honor.
