Obituary For James Franklin Redick
James F. Redick, born on March 13, 1947, in Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2025, in Chesapeake, VA, at the age of 78. He was a beloved father, friend, and member of his community.
James was preceded in death by his cherished wife, Cheryl Redick, and his loving parents, Garland and Rosella Redick. He leaves behind a devoted family who will miss him dearly, including his children, extended family, and countless friends who were touched by his kindness and warmth.
Though he has departed this world, the memories he created will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. In accordance with his family's wishes, services will be held at a later date to honor his life and legacy.
James will be remembered for his gentle spirit and unwavering love for those around him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will remain alive in the cherished memories of his loved ones.
Simply Cremation is assisting the family.
