Obituary For James Godwin

James " Buddy" Godwin (Electrician), 51, of Norfolk Went to our Lord Jesus on January 16, 2013 He was the son of the late James & Gail Godwin Married to Peggy Godwin Survivors include his wife, Peggy Godwin; Brothers MikeGodwin Carmen Godwin; a sister Kimberly Baraldi and many family members & loved ones. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., January 26, 2013 at Rivers Of Living Water, 1001 Indian Lakes Blvd., Virginia Beach. Hope there's a good transmission in the tough old Ford your driving up there in Heaven cuz looks like your gonna have to wait a little while on me again lol and I know your gonna use it to do some burn out's on your occasional road trips through Hell, ..... .. The facts were, with Buddy in my life, this life was truly more than ordinary, but we can't stop the spirits when they need you. Yes, I believe this life is more than just a read thru AND I'm gonna miss James but he'll always be in my prayers as the big lovable serious goof that was always my truthful trustworthy BUDDY..

    Uncle Bud, I don't think anyone is going to be able to compare to your Donald Duck voice. You will forever be in my heart! Don't tell uncle Mike or uncle Carmen but you're my favorite uncle. 🙂 I hope that you will do everything you can to look over your "pig" and your "momma". I know you are in a better place but you will be terribly missed! See you when I see you, another place, another time. I LOVE YOU.
