Obituary For Janet V Blair
Janet V. Blair, 74, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2024. She was born on November 19,1949 to the late Irene Deere and James Blair.
Janet was employed by the New York telephone company as a switchboard operator and later becoming a retail specialist.
Janet was special, she was one-of-a-kind, and she lived every day to the fullest.
She was predeceased by brothers Richard Serpica and Kevin Fraschilla as well as her sisters Roberta DeMeo and Shirley Cain.
She is survived by sisters Gina Montour, (Ed), Debra Montour Scanlon, and Brother-in-law William DeMeo. She had many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
A funeral mass will be at Christ the King Catholic Church at a later date.

Janet, I have no words. I miss you more today than yesterday. I always will. My ride and die, my person, my sister. I love you dearly, please watch over us and keep Kierra and I safe. From thick and thin we with stood it all and we did it together and came out on top. My life will never be the same without you. I love you forever my dear sis ♥️💜♥️
