Janice Melton, aged 76, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2025, in Suffolk, Virginia. Born on March 3, 1949, in Virginia, she lived a life full of grace and love, touching the hearts of all who knew her.

Janice was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael T. Melton, Sr., and her dear parents. Her memory will be cherished by her children, who stand as a testament to her enduring legacy.

A woman of wisdom and warmth, she instilled in her family the values of kindness and integrity. Janice's presence will be dearly missed, but her spirit will continue to guide those she leaves behind.

The family will announce services at a later date, allowing friends and loved ones to gather in remembrance and celebration of her life at that time.
