Janice Roberta Kee went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on August 21st, 2023. The memorial service will be held on September 9th, 2023, beginning at 3 p.m. at New Life Apostolic Church, 110 Johnston Blvd, Asheville, NC 28806.

Jan was born January 17, 1946 in Lewiston, Idaho to James Robert Reed and Marie Smith Reed. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald V. Kee as well as her father, mother, brothers Charles Reed and Ronald Reed, and sisters Cleo Graybill and Dorothy Reed. She is survived by her daughter JanMarie Holzberger and husband Bill, sons Douglas Carpenter and wife Angelique, and Kenneth Carpenter and wife Sherry, sixteen grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother George Reed and sister Connie Yeoman and many nephews and nieces.

She was an accountant for many years for government contractors and private businesses in the past as well as her own accounting business. She loved her God and Savior, her beautiful family, her church family and friends.

She requested people coming to the memorial service wear your happy clothes to celebrate a life well lived and a true homecoming. In lieu of flowers, Jan requested donations of any amount be made to the New Life Apostolic Church building fund.
