Obituary For Jason Heath Stewart

Jason Heath Stewart, 56, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away on July 7, 2026.

Born on February 17, 1970, in Ohio, Jason was known as a hardworking man who spent much of his career in the construction industry. He approached life with determination and resilience, always willing to put in the effort needed to provide and lend a helping hand whenever he could.

Jason lived his life with a rare intensity and fierce passion that could be both inspiring and exhausting to those who loved him. He was a free spirit who followed his own path, even when it led him into hard places or uncomfortable lessons. No matter how far he wandered, how much trouble he found, or how much success he had, he always came back to his roots. His family was his constant. Jason never met a stranger and could walk into any room, any bar, any bike night and walk out with three new friends and at least one new “brother.” He loved to ride, and his motorcycle felt like an extension of him — it was where he felt the most like himself. He was wild and free and sometimes reckless, always chasing the next adventure, and he carried a piece of forever‑young in him that never really went away.

He leaves behind He is survived by his mother, Susan D. Taylor; his daughter, Ava Stewart; his brother, Justin Matthew Stewart; his nephew, Ronan Stewart; his girlfriend, Kimberly S. Eubanks; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. May those memories bring comfort and peace in the days ahead as they celebrate a life that, while gone too soon, made a lasting impact on those who loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Stewart, and his stepfather, Pernell Taylor.

The family will hold services at a later date.

Simply Cremation is handling the arrangements.

Jason there aren't words to describe how I feel. I still can't believe you are gone it really feels like a bad dream. You were such a force to be reckon with, so strong willed and so stubborn. You were a tough nut to crack but once cracked you cared and went hard for those you loved. We butted heads a few times to say the least but I know you cared. I wish we had gotten the chance to live together like we planned so I could bug you on a daily basis. ☺️ I promise you that I will take care of Kim and your doggies the best I can. Thank you for being my friend. Wish we had more time and more rides. Until we see each other again. Ride free and ride hard brother. All my ❤️
