JoAnn Messer, 64, passed away on November 14, 2020. She was born on April 14 , 1956 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late, Kenneth C. Messer & Janie Wynn Messer. She is survived by her fiancé, Buddy Morrow & her sweet dog, Roxy; son, Billy Messer & fiancé Tylar Gotch; sisters, Patricia Younce (Bobby), Linda McGowan (John), Margaret Yvonne Bateman; life long friends, Patti & Greg Rickers.
