  Mom I love you more than words can say. You were my best friend. I miss you every day. You're often in my dreams. I wish you were here, so we could read poems to each other, take in a pretty view, or laugh until it hurt. Thank you for teaching me to love learning and for the unusual experiences you found a way to provide us with. You were bright, strong and irreplaceable.

  She was always up for a laugh and a good time. She â??propped me upâ?? in difficult times with pragmatism and humor. She educated me on family history and never missed a chance to talk with pride about her children and grandchildren. She always said, â??Love youâ?? at the end of a conversation. She was definitely a presence and will be sorely missed. Itâ??s hard to believe sheâ??s gone. JoAnne, love you...
