Obituary For John Randolph Carper

Virginia Beach - John Randolph Carper, born on March 29, 1990, in Norfolk, Virginia, passed away peacefully at his home in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on March 20, 2025, at the age of 34.

He graduated from Oscar F. Smith High School in Norfolk, VA in 2009.

John was a beloved son, brother, and friend. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Terry (Carper) Bull. He is survived by his devoted sister, Sabrina Carper, who cherished their bond deeply, and two nieces- Breonna and Courtney Carper.

His gentle spirit and kind heart will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. Though no services are planned at this time, John will be dearly missed by his family and friends. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
