Obituary For John Robert Brownie
John Robert Brownie, 70, passed away, Tuesday, November 5, 2013. Born in Norfolk in 1942, he was a member and a Deacon at Talbot Park Baptist Church. John enjoyed meeting friends at Hardees on Tidewater Dr. for Breakfast every morning. He retired from VA Beach public schools after 26 years. Survivors include his wife April Brownie; Sister, Debbie Tippett and husband Doug. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday December 1, 2013 at Talbot Park Baptist Church 6919 Granby Street Norfolk, VA. A reception will follow service in the Social Hall.
