Joseph R. Sinclair, 81, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Born in Norfolk, VA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Juanita Sinclair.
Mr. Sinclair was a retired civil service employee.
He is survived by his children, Gail N. Pearl of Virginia Beach and Robert W. Sinclair of AL.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Simply Cremation, 4445 Corporation Lane, Ste 263, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
