Obituary For Joshua Michael Blankenship

Virginia Beach, VA - Joshua Michael Blankenship, born on February 1, 1987, in Key Largo, Florida, passed away on August 20, 2026, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at the age of 39 years. A graduate of high school, Joshua dedicated part of his career to serving in the food service industry as a server. In his youth, he enjoyed the outdoors as an Eagle Scout and performing historical re-enactments. Joshua was very kind-hearted and generous to both family and friends.

Joshua was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Lisa Blankenship. He is survived by his cousin, Meagan Driscoll, and his aunt, Carey Hicks, along with numerous other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
