Judith Varga, 68, of the 5600 block of Tidewater Drive passed away July 13, 2011.

She was the youngest daughter of six children born and raised in Hungary. She was a fun and loving mother and grandmother who was loved by many. She loved to travel and was passionate about charity and religious work, especially within the Salvation Army ministries.

She is survived by her three children: her eldest daughter, Eva and four grandchildren of Hungary; her only son, Joe and his wife Tracey of Virginia; and her youngest daughter, Jodi and her husband John and one grandson of England. Other survivors include her three siblings in Hungary.

A celebration of Judy's life will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, July 30, 2011 at the Salvation Army Chapel, 5516 Raby Rd, Norfolk, VA 23501. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Salvation Army ministries at the aforementioned address.
