June Emma Lee Minor, 62, passed away on August 24, 2026. Born on October 28, 1963, in Virginia, June was a longtime resident of Mechanicsville.

June built a career as a supervisor with VCU’s Parking and Transportation department. She will be remembered by those who knew and loved her and whose lives she touched throughout the years.

June was the daughter of Henry Minor and Joyce Sisson. She is survived by her brother, John Daniel Minor, along with her family and loved ones, who will carry her memory with them and cherish the time they shared.

Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled with care by Simply Cremation.
