Yesterday,June 17th, my family and I had a beautiful Memorial Service/ Veterans Honors Ceremony at The Chapel of the Good Sheppard on Oceana Naval Base where he had been a jet engine mechanic for many years before retiring in 1974. Thank you to all of those who attended and reached out in sympathy to my family as we grieved,remembered, and honored my father. He was a loving,caring man who will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
