Lanee' dedicated her life to the noble profession of teaching, inspiring countless students with her wisdom and compassion. Her commitment to education was evident from her pursuit of an Associate's Degree, which laid the foundation for her impactful career.

In addition to her professional achievements, Lanee' was a beloved wife to J.A. Lackey, who preceded her in death. She was a devoted mother, and she leaves behind a loving family, including her children and extended family members, who will forever cherish her memory.

Lanee' passed away peacefully in Chesapeake, VA, where she spent her final days surrounded by love and care.
