Larry Elston, 72, of Chesapeake, Virginia, passed away on June 19, 2026.

Born on January 7, 1954, in New Jersey, Larry lived a life marked by quiet strength, hard work, and perseverance. He spent much of his career working as a floor technician, earning the respect of those around him through his dedication and dependable nature.

Larry was a proud American whose life journey took him from his birthplace in New Jersey to Virginia, where he made his home. Though he kept much of his personal life private, those who knew him will remember his resilience, his steady presence, and the impact he made on the lives he touched.

He leaves behind cherished friends and all those who were fortunate enough to know him, including his dear friend, Yolanda Hannah, who remained a source of support and companionship.

Larry's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and cared for him. Though he is gone from our sight, he will not be forgotten.

Services will be held at a later date.
