Chesapeake - Letcher Wayne Stephens, Jr., a resident of Chesapeake, VA, passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 51. Born on May 10, 1974, in Norfolk, VA.

Wayne used skills and knowledge as an IT Tech throughout his-professional career. Wayne’s commitment to his work and love for his dogs will be remembered by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Brenda (Cardwell) Stephens. Wayne leaves behind a loving family, including his father, Letcher W. Stephens, Sr., brother Brian Stephens, and his wife Heather Stephens, uncles, Jerry Dean Stephens Sr., and his wife Stephanie Stephens (deceased) William “Vann” Stephens, and his Wife Vivian Stephens, cousins Jerry “Dean” Stephens Jr., Timothy Stephens, and Stacey Deputy, niece Zyla Stephens and nephew Brayden Stephens. As well as many other family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
