A proud graduate, Lois pursued higher education, earning her Bachelor's Degree before embarking on a successful career in the hospitality industry as a restaurateur. Her passion and dedication to her work left a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Lois was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Leon and Rose (Gammon) Harris. She is survived by her devoted husband, James F. Corker, and her loving son, Melvin P. Hancock. In addition to her immediate family, numerous other family members and friends will cherish her memory and miss her dearly.
