Marcella Melville, born on November 19, 1942, in Maysville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2026, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at the age of 83.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Lucy and Robert Mays, whose values and love shaped her life profoundly.

Marcella is survived by her cherished daughter, Annette Evans, who carries forward her mother's legacy with grace and strength.

Marcella's life was marked by her dedication to her family and the warmth she extended to all who knew her. She was a devoted mother, and her gentle spirit will be dearly missed by those she touched throughout her lifetime.
