Obituary For Margaret Ann Lacher

Virginia Beach - Margaret Ann (Fabik) Lacher, aged 58, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025, in Virginia Beach, VA. Born on February 14, 1967, in Portsmouth, VA, Margaret was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, and sister who touched the lives of all who knew her.

A dedicated professional, Margaret worked as a Receptionist, where she was known for her kindness, diligence, and welcoming smile. Her commitment to her work reflected her broader devotion to helping others and making those around her feel valued and respected.

Margaret pursued education with dedication, earning a Bachelor's Degree that not only broadened her knowledge but also enriched her life and the lives of those around her. She had a keen intellect that she shared freely with family and friends, inspiring those close to her.

Margaret had a deep love for dogs. She also was a huge Pittsburgh Penguins fan.

She is preceded in death by her cherished parents, George and Doris Fabik, whose love and guidance shaped her into the remarkable woman she became.

Margaret leaves behind her devoted husband, Randall "Randy" Lacher, who stood by her side through life's journey. She is also survived by her loving son, Ronnie Lacher, who was her pride and joy, and her brother, Greg Fabik, who shared in both her laughter and tears.
