Margaret Helena Hendey, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 16, 2026, at the age of 90, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Born on April 6, 1936, in England, Margaret was the cherished daughter of the late Thomas Patrick Quinn and Esther Fulbrook.

At the age of 26, Margaret embarked on a new chapter in her life, moving to the United States, where she dedicated herself to her passion for nurturing young minds as a childcare provider. Her gentle spirit and unwavering dedication touched the lives of many children and families over the years.

Margaret is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Andrea Lindauer, and her granddaughter, Abby Lindauer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Esther, whose memory she always held dear.

Her family finds comfort in knowing that her final moments were spent with those she loved most, surrounded by warmth and peace. Services to honor Margaret’s life will be held at a later date.

Margaret will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to live on through her family.
