Mary Susan (née Hollis) Hoover
April 26, 1954 – December 8, 2024

Mary Susan (née Hollis) Hoover passed away on December 8, 2024, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at the age of 70.

Born on April 26, 1954, in Barstow, California, Susan spent much of her life in Virginia Beach. She was an office manager and accounting manager for several organizations throughout her fifty-year career.

Susan graduated from Henry W. Grady High School in Atlanta, Georgia, and attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. She is survived by her brother and sister, two sisters-in-law, six nieces and nephews, and seven great-nieces and nephews.

She loved her dogs and supported the Humane Society. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your local Humane Society in her honor.
